Laura Rodríguez Barreda is co-founder of Guzmán Rodríguez, a psychologist with over a decade of experience in organizational transformation. She has led cultural change across diverse sectors — from financial startups to retail leaders — generating concrete results in engagement, talent retention and workplace climate. Her expertise spans team design and integration, strategic talent acquisition, and gender equity leadership.
